Another Lying State Cop

By: JJ Lofton

Have you ever wondered why almost everyone who is charged with a crime is found guilty? It's no mystery, cops lie!

Everyone in the criminal justice system understands that cops lie. They're slugs, what else would you expect. Everyone who's in the system, especially prosecutors and judges pretend that somehow cops are good-guys and honest. Prosecutors habitually get cops to testify to lies.

In Dauphin County, by far the most oppressive and dishonest county in the state, the prosecutor often uses perjured testimony by county detectives such as Gregory Benewic. The whole just-us system is a lie.

That's why the case of Harold Hutchinson is so unusual. Hutchinson is a state cop. Right away that should tell you what kind of a person he is. The marvel is that he not only got caught lying, but was prosecuted for it!

A 22 year old college girl, Aimee Willard, was beaten to death and her body was found in North Philadelphia. The cops couldn't find anyone to pin the murder on.

Not to worry, along came lying state cop Hutchinson. He seems to have concocted a tale that he saw a suspect car parked behind the victim's before the body was discovered. Only trouble with the accusation is that, according to police investigators, he wasn't anywhere in the area at the time! So the cop was charged, but just with two misdemeanors for making false statements.

Now, we all know what usually happens in these cases. Some poor bastard gets charged with the vicious murder. He says he was at home in bed or someplace. The lying state cop says he saw the defendant's car at the scene. Cop is a hero and the defendant fries! That's the way just-us works in Pennsylvania.

The next time a state cop tells you something or you hear him testify to something, remember Trooper Harold Ryan Hutchinson and don't believe a word of it!
