The stealthy cops each spent $50 of your tax money for a "massage." It was so good that the good family men each spent $60 more of your tax money for a blow-job. It was swell! This time-consuming and expensive undercover operation eventually netted a poor working girl who was fined a few bucks and chased out of town. But, what about the sexually drained cops? The brass was pissed! The commander hadn't gotten a blow-job and he wanted to know how come the cops (good family men you understand) were being gobbled up by imported face. Didn't the "troopers" know that they were supposed to make the important arrests as soon as the money changed hands. Oh! So, Pennsylvania's chief whore-hunter, Major Ralph Pariandi, issued the new blow-job rules. Before the cop can gullet bump his prey, he's now got to ask permission, but, as I said, if it's a matter of life or death, the cop can slide down the lady's throat with impunity.
