Don't you just love it when cops turn on one another! It does my heart good to see the jackals at each other's throats.
Annette L. Brooks is a Harrisburg city cop. Robert E. Kelly is a Harrisburg city cop. The female cop complained that the male cop sexually harassed her. She hated it so much that she waited only three years to complain. The couple is said to have spent time in the police darkroom. Some of the time they may have been working.
The female cop wasn't satisfied with just a sexual harassment complaint. She went right for the male cop's throat (or something). The woman wants criminal charges.
According to a published report Brooks and Kelly were "working" together in the police darkroom. Brooks bent over. She says that cop-Kelly straddled her and grabbed her crotch. The woman claims that she fought him off.
Wouldn't you just know it, he grabbed woman-cop again and in one of her most personal places.
When did this frolic occur? October 1994. When did the supposed victim rush to make her complaint? July 1996! She must have really hated it to have waited only 20 months to whine about the "assault."
Must this case cause a problem for District Attorney John Cherry. How does he twist justice in this case when both parties are cops?
