Serious disease and infection along with general filth are common at the state prison at Frackville in East-Central Pennsylvania. Many prisoners and staff members are sick. Infection threatens to affect many more. The showers are black with fungus for which there are no effective cleaning supplies. Colored water is used in place of bleach and potent detergent. The staff like, "Mr. C.," is afraid of cleaning chemicals. They're afraid of just about everything. What a pack of pussies! Somebody finally decided to buy a power washer. At least that would clean the showers and some of the most grossly infested areas. But, to pussies, power washers are as scary as hell! It turned out that the staff was afraid of the power washer, too. They won't use it. They prefer the disease, infection, filth and illness to cleanliness. It's an example of the personality of the Frackville prison staff. On the one hand they're miserably unhappy drones. They're bullies trying to reassure themselves of their flagging manhood. They stalk visitors in the parking lot, prow messhall slop and are too dumb to count to 2! On the other hand, the thugs are scared of everything except the real dangers. It's a psychological defect which starts at the top and trickles down. A very bad administration has bread a very bad staff! Allowing disease to flourish in a crowded prison is a kind of biological bullying. It's certainly biological incompetence, irresponsibility. The staff brings in diseases, tuberculous, MRSA Staph, influenza and even super germs from the war zone. The staff introduces illnesses into the prison from home, from junkets to Iraq and from frequent drunken trysts to countless area brothels. Once in the prison, disease spreads easily. Men intimately share tiny cells. On pain of punishment, sick men are required to work in the prison kitchen and to handle food. Slave labor isn't given gloves or supplies to properly do the menial cleaning drudgery required of them. Germs flourish, disease spreads and not just among the prisoners. The staff is also infected. Everything at the Frackville prison is very poorly managed. That's what happens when incompetents hold authority. A power washer isn't as dangerous as Staphylococcus. Cleaning supplies aren't as dangerous as fungus, influenza and tuberculous. At some point wouldn't even the Frackville pussies get brave enough to be clean?
