Christoper Scaggs, a cop in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, has been busted for raping the same woman three times. The victim reported that when she reported a crime, Cop Scaggs showed up and raped her. He must have liked it, because he took seconds. When the Glenolden (near Media) cop drove off, the woman phoned in a report. Cop Scaggs answered that call too and raped the victim a third time. Such assaults by cops are not at all unusual. Cops are dangerous predators. Very few police rapes are reported.
