After more than 30 years of hellish imprisonment during which I lost both my future and my health, I was recently released from the Pennsylvania hellholes. It cost the taxpayers well over a million dollars to get their pound of flesh.
Even after 33 years they weren't satisfied. Some officious official at the Laurel Highlands prison decided to keep me an extra 2 days! Apparently it was part of a wider conspiracy to cook-up an absurd media firestorm against my family and me. Personally, from my wheelchair, it made very little difference, but it gave many local no-bodies (including several petty Republican politicians) an opportunity for some face-time on national and local television. One of the vocal cranks had to take time off from selling blow jobs and dope on Regina Street to rave to the media.
But that's not the point.
There were many shocks awaiting me out here in the Great World. Certainly I wasn't shocked by the local Republican neo-Nazi, Jeffrey Piccola. One can only expect a snake to behave like a snake and Picccola is vomit from the bilious guts of political extremism. He'll do ANYTHING to get attention and get elected. Power is an opiate for his type.
I wasn't shocked by "Fallen Angel" Fox, the blubber-ball who doesn't know her children's fathers. People from that steerage strata of society deserve help and pitty, not angst.
I was, however shocked by the CHEATS I discovered at every cornor. I'm going to publish the names of a few of those I encounter. They should be famous - and be watched. I'll publish what few facts I have about them which may help the public.
These cheats aren't just individuals, but also stores, organizations and agencies such as the seriously corrupt and discriminatory Departments of Public Welfare and Aging. And lets not forget the local cops. They turn their backs to allow Hispanics to be slashed, robbed and assaulted.
I was shocked by the traffic and by cellphones and monopoly money instead of dollars, but, before I go completely blind, let me mention a few of the supposedly "good Citizens" who, CHEATING and slithering, comprise a dubious class of respectability.
The woman is widely detested and regarded as an oportunist. She likes to cheat the people she owes money. Apparently she has an extensive history of arranging for work or services from people (often from the very women she pretends to help). She then refuses to pay. That leaves the individual or small business person stuck for the time and money. It seems to make Chavez feel important and powerful.

is a cheat. In one instance, after getting $600 worth of household painting from a small business person, agency-maven Chavez refused to pay. The business person was stuck with the expense of supplies and time.
If you're considering doing any kind of business with, or for, Nancy Chavez, or if you're involved in any of her phony Goody-Two-Shoes agency self-aggrandizment, you may be wise to reconsider.
Dean Nardis
is a cheat! He calls himself a doctor because he examins eyes at a couple Wal-Mart stores in the area of the Unfriendly City, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. (Wal-Mart is also to be avoided wherever possible.) Like other, good Christians, Nardis cheated a small business person out of a few hundred dollars over a hous on Derry Street. He lied and was othewise a real Christian. Avoid him.
The Department of Public Welfare or "DPW," often called "welfare" or "public assistance," is the agency which is supposed to assist needy Pennsylvania citizens. It fails in its most basic responsibility.
Instead of carrying out its humane mission in a fair and even-handed way, employees of DPW are biased and discriminate. It's certainly not racial discrimination. As a matter of fact, blacks are favored and given extra considerations and leeway. At DPW, at least, blacks are doled more than any other group. The discrimination is against former prisoners.
If you're a prisoner and expecting to be released, expect damn little assistance from the likes of Marcia Wagner of Richard Barron. Especially if you had a sexual offense or a high-profile case, you're going to be screwed. The Wagner/Barron bunch will diligently search for excuses to deny benefits even to the most needy of former prisoners. And after years in prison, you'll definately have few if any resources.
Because of Pennsylvania's cruelly long sentences, many prisoners now being released, are old. Most suffer from more-or-less serious ailments. DPW is supposed to help provide medical care for such persons. Instead, DPW employees do their best to deprive seriously ill former prisoners of any medical care. Perhaps their goal is to help kill-off the prisoner that the prisons failed to kill.
DPW is also supposed to generously provide a few dollars in "cash assistance" and an account from which a few dollars of food may be purchased. Perhaps the Wagner/Barron ilk allow a few fortunate former prisoners of survive, but many are deprived of both food and cash. The idea is clearly to turn the man back to crime or to have him forced back into prison.
Richard Barron is a denizen of the town of Mechanicsburg near Carlisle, in South-Central Pennsylvania. Marcia Wagner seems to be from Fayetteville, down near Chambersburg. It's their good fortune that neither of them needs assistance just at the moment. With the economy being so bad, it may be different for them tomorrow.
Former prisoners should expect to have to fight and struggle to get any assistance. Even then, the chances are that they'll fail - just as DPW has failed. It's no longer an agency of compassion and help. It no longer is there to benefit needy citizens. It strands former prisoners, the impoverished and the needy. The sick and invalid need not apply. Maybe a former prisoner can stand on the street corner and a church group will give him a bit of medical care. He won't get it from the Hershey Medical Center or from most other Pennsylvania hospitals. He certainly won't get it from DPW or its minions such as Marcia Wagner or Richard Barron. They aren't there to help. They're there to harm!
