The Chainsaw Murder
By: Nancy N. Lyster

William Henkle is dead. He was felled in a storm of police bullets - riddled with 17 shots! The cops killed him. Without exception, cops are the most deadly and dangerous gang of thugs marauding Pennsylvania.

The killing took place at the town of Forty Fort near Wilkes-Barre in North Eastern Pennsylvania. It's not an area generally know for such malicious savagery.

The murder of the citizen was justified by the cops. What else would you expect killers to do? Their story (which may be based on fact) is that the victim telephoned for help. He supposedly told emergency workers that he was having a heart attack. Maybe he was was. Maybe he was insane or drunk. Maybe medications were affecting him. Is that a reason for gun-happy cops to cut him down in a fusillade of death?

The cop version of events is that when medical help arrived, William Henkle was outside his home with a chainsaw. It's unclear why the cops intruded, or why there were so many of them, perhaps a half a dozen. Cops like to run in gangs to better intimidate people. It makes one think that there must have been some kind of history between the victim and his slayers.

The cops could have simply left when they saw that the man was not very sick. That's not the cop way. Cops are bullies, so they seem to have bullied the victim. After all cops, especially the Pennsylvania State Police, like to harm people. It makes them feel powerful and important..."see what I can get away with!"

The victim seems to have collapsed (perhaps from heart problems) or to have fallen. The cops claim that he "lunged" at a state cop named Michael Hartzel. Again, it's unclear why the big, brave state cop was close enough to the victim for a small chainsaw to be any danger. The cops claim that when the man fell against cop Michael Hartzel (or "lunged" as they say) the saw (which seems not to have been turning) snagged the cop's clothing. The cop-gang responded with a murderous barrage of bullets. The man was struck 17 times! That's how Pennsylvania cops give medical assistance.

At any point the cops could have simply driven away. At any time the cops could have acted with common sense or desecration. If the cops really felt endangered, they would do better to become Girl Scout leaders. If they really felt that a citizen at his home with a chainsaw endangered them, there were far lesser things that they could have done besides riddle him 17 times with bullets.

That's not the way of the Pennsylvania State Police. They would rather kill.

Not to worry, the same cops who killed the citizen investigated the incident. They decided that the shooting was "justified." Hadn't the cop's pants gotten torn? The district attorney of Luzerne County where the killing occurred is supposed to protect citizens. He saw his duty. He refused to prosecute the killers. They were cops. Citizens have little chance against the "justice" industry.

Friends, be damn careful of the cops, all cops, but especially the Pennsylvania State cops. They are far more dangerous than other criminals.
