Dear Dr. Jeffrey Beard:

I am taking the liberty of contarcting you by way of United States mail regarding the acts of injustice that have been committed against me. I have been diagnosed as mentally ill and even spent time before prison in mental hospitals.

I should be at home with my family under doctor's care, released on parole with electronic monitoring. I am suffering from mental and emotional distress from being locked away in the RHU since March 17, 2006.

The more pain that you place me through the worse I get every day. I have sliced my arms approximately 29 times with a razor and other sharp objects, all from the pain the Department of Corrections has placed me through. Being so young locked away with mentall distrubed inmates, I never had a chance in general population or in society. All I request is that someone give me a chance.

Respectfully yours,

Christopher Balmer
