Art is a vision. Each object may be symbolic or something recognized only by the viewer and far removed from the intentions of the artist. The main theme of my art is the portrayal of downpression -- the daily oppressive experience of convicts. Share some of our experience.

With the skillful craftsmanship of artist, Kaye Shinn, one long-held concept has been realized: "BARB WIRE." Barbed wire defines the parameters of penal institutions. Eventually, as the prisoner is assimilated into the prison culture, his/her every action/interaction becomes infenced as if by barbed wire. Real life may also present such experience!

Each bracelet is individually hand crafted from fine materials. It is suitable for both men and women.
