In the middle of Pennsylvania there's a little town called Hollidaysburg. It's the county seat of conservative Blair County. Female prisoners in Blair County are taxed $50 to be allowed to visit with their children. Apparently their jailer, Larry Field, thinks that it's a good policy to make mothers pay to have visits with their little ones. It will help destroy their families.
