Baden (named after Baden-Baden a famous German spa) is a little borough along the Ohio River in Beaver County in far western Pennsylvania. It's south of picturesque Beaver. A young resident thinks it sucks. Baden, Pennsylvania is run by a bunch of old dust-farting dinosaurs who want to keep everything the way it was 100 years ago. Don't even think of moving there or of even visiting. You would surely die of boredom! The police department and borough counsel are run by good-ole boys who stick up for one another and cover up each other's indiscretions. They waste tax dollars on building parks on steep hills. Nobody uses them. Most senior citizens don't wear hiking boots when they go for walks. God forbid that you have children. The whole town is plastered with no bikes or skateboarding signs. Wouldn't want to knock over one of the old farts on the town council. I gotta give them credit though, they did use all the money saved on repairing and improving the town to build one hell of a nice borough building.
