John Angotti is a Pittsburgh, PA cop. Scott Carroll is a cop from the little nearby town of Charleroi in Washington County. Both of them are in trouble.
A 15 year-old girl reports that cop John Angotti caught her swimming in a pool after hours; got her alone; strip searched her and played with her genitals and breasts. The child says that cop John Angotti put her into his cruiser, drove her into the woods; kissed her, played with her some more and tried to get her to handle him. Still not satisfied, the cop supposedly drove the girl to a parking lot and assaulted her some more. For some reason, the cop gave the girl his beeper-number.
Then there's cop Scott Carroll! He's accused of a whole raft of naughtiness mostly involving drugs.
Personally, I think that all laws against drugs are stupid and a 15 year old girl should, in my judgement, be plenty old enough to consent to sex, although no one should be forced to endure sex with a cop or other rodent. The point is that cops have an attitude of moral and legal superiority. In reality, they are the worst law breakers of all.
We need cops to watch the cops!
